Oils and Bottles Great-Courie company is terrible

I cannot crit the company because the products are great, the courier company Bex couriers are bad, my items were delayed in transit I had to phone the company and speak 6 different people regarding where my parcel is.
Perfume oils the guy that works there and answers the calls needs a bit more telephone etiquette and patience, it's not my 1st time dealing with him and his very blunt.
