Not closing properly

They are beautiful, but the screw is not closing properly on some, it was gonna be nice if they were crimp easy.

Dear Siya,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the screw bottles. These bottles are among our top sellers, but it is important to follow a few usage guidelines to ensure they function correctly:

1. Only add matured perfume to the bottle. If the perfume is still in the process of maturing, it will build up pressure, causing the pump not to seal properly and eventually come loose.
2. Before turning the pump on, clear around the screw head. Perfume contains oil which lubricates the area, and if not cleared, the pump may loosen.
3. When adding the cap, screw it on by turning to the right so it seats properly onto the pump. Do not push down, as this can cause it to get stuck and loosen the pump when removed.

Following these steps should help prevent the challenges you experienced.
