Iam buying Hibiscus for the second time I love the smell it's amazing, however the color of the oil was a bit lighter compared to what I got previously which was darker in colour which I preferd. It gave that nice dark cognac premium color

Chelsea has assisted me for more than a year and has consistently demonstrated an exceptional standard of professionalism, knowledge and customer care. Even before the Johannesburg branch opened, she regularly went beyond what I would normally expect from sales support. She has explained perfume making, bottle selection, crimping, equipment, ingredients, product manufacturing and the correct use of many of their products. She is patient, approachable and genuinely invested in ensuring that customers understand what they are doing.

Donald has been equally exceptional. His knowledge of perfumery and manufacturing is extensive, and he has taught me an enormous amount about how perfumes are made, how different materials and equipment are handled, and how the overall manufacturing process works. He has also corrected mistakes I have made and explained the reasoning behind Perfume Oils SA’s recommendations. What makes this even more impressive is that he manages both the Johannesburg and Cape Town branches while continuing to make time for individual customers. He treats people with the same respect and patience whether you have known him for years or have only just met him.

At the Cape Town branch, Beatrice and Shana deserve significant recognition. Beatrice is kind, caring, attentive and extremely efficient. She communicates well, responds promptly and consistently takes ownership of ensuring that matters are handled properly. Shana is equally impressive: helpful, accommodating, personable and highly efficient. Both make the customer experience feel seamless, warm and professional.

At the Johannesburg branch, Karabo and Carol deserve the same level of recognition. Karabo is exceptionally attentive, welcoming, efficient and professional. She pays close attention to what customers need, handles matters promptly and always seems willing to go beyond what is expected. Carol is equally outstanding: warm, courteous, organised, responsive and genuinely helpful. Together, Karabo and Carol create a welcoming environment and contribute substantially to the professionalism and positive atmosphere of the Johannesburg branch.

I also hold Adnan, the owner, in the highest regard. He is one of the most approachable, transparent and generous people I have encountered in the fragrance industry. He is willing to share information that many people would keep proprietary, including how their fragrance oils are produced, the processes involved and aspects of how the business operates.

Very few people in this industry are willing to share that level of insight. Adnan is different. He is generous with his knowledge, exceptionally kind and caring, and genuinely willing to help people learn and improve. A simple question will often receive a detailed explanation that goes far beyond what one would reasonably expect from a supplier.

His wife and co-owner, Genie, has also been helpful whenever assistance has been required.

Overall, my experience with Perfume Oils SA online, Cape Town and Johannesburg has gone far beyond a conventional supplier relationship. Chelsea, Donald, Beatrice, Shana, Karabo, Carol and Adnan each contribute something valuable to the business, and collectively they deliver a standard of service that is increasingly rare.

They are knowledgeable, patient, considerate, efficient, approachable and genuinely committed to helping customers develop their understanding. Perfume Oils SA has played a meaningful role in my own development within perfumery and product manufacturing, and I am sincerely grateful for the knowledge, patience, service and support I have received from the entire team.

This is a stunning fragrance, that smells exactly like the original. The scent throw and longevity are second to none. I applied a bit in the morning around 8am, and I was still receiving compliments at 4pm. Perfume Oils never disappoints. I will definitely be repurchasing.
